These Promotional Terms & Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern participation in the California 2026 Compliance Offer (the “Offer”) provided by 365 Kitchen Management, powered by Kafoodle (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By signing a subscription agreement under this Offer, you agree to these terms in addition to the Company’s standard Master Subscription Agreement.
1. Offer Eligibility
1.1 The Offer is available only to food service businesses:
1.2 The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline participation at its discretion.
2. Offer Period
2.1 The Offer is available for agreements signed on or before July 1, 2026.
2.2 Agreements signed after this date will not qualify for promotional pricing or free access under this Offer.
3. Promotional Benefit
3.1 Eligible customers will receive:
3.2 Billing for paid services will commence on July 1, 2026, regardless of the date of system activation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 The free access period has no cash value and is non-transferable.
4. Minimum Contract Commitment
4.1 Participation in this Offer requires a minimum subscription commitment of twelve (12) months.
4.2 The twelve-month term will commence on July 1, 2026.
4.3 Early termination during the initial term may result in payment of the remaining subscription balance, in accordance with the Master Subscription Agreement.

9. Implementation & Data Responsibility
9.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring that all ingredient, recipe, and allergen data provided for import is accurate and up to date.
9.2 The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in customer-supplied data.
9.3 Additional data cleansing or restructuring services are not included unless purchased separately.
10. Modifications & Termination
10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time prior to contract signature.
10.2 Once a subscription agreement is executed, the promotional terms remain valid for that agreement.
11. General
11.1 This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11.2 In the event of a conflict between these Offer Terms and the Master Subscription Agreement, the Master Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
