We have such a great team at Kafoodle who work really hard on a daily basis ensuring the service we provide is always first-class. It is, therefore, always a lively time at HQ when new team members come onboard! We are really excited today to be introducing to you the two newest members of our team, David Stelfox and Annie Gladwell. As an introduction, we thought it would only be right if we shared a little bio of them both below, just to give you a short overview as to how they can help and what they will be bringing individually to Kafoodle.We would also like to take this moment to wish them both a very warm welcome!
David
David Stelfox is now the Head of Client Services at Kafoodle, and brings to the role a whole plethora of customer facing experience. After graduating with a degree in Media Technology from Farnborough University, David began a long career as an Airtime Manager with Sky media; a role that equipped him with significant leadership and people management skills. This position provided David with extensive management experience leading and developing a team of 8. As well as this, he honed his training expertise through the implementation of a brand new broadcasting system to Sky, in which he became a superuser and trainer for the whole company.After enjoying a fantastic 13 year career with Sky Media, David felt he needed a brand new challenge and decided to expand his horizons and joined the team at Kafoodle. A passion for food and cooking coupled with a love of ensuring a seamless customer experience makes David the perfect Kafoodle fit. Annie
Annie Gladwell will be heading up partnerships here at Kafoodle, and brings to the role over 10 year’s successful experience working within the hospitality industry. With a degree in Events Management from Leeds Beckett University, Annie has accumulated extensive knowledge of esteemed hospitality and catering venues nationwide, allowing her a great familiarity with the finer details of this sector. From working Back of House to Front of House, from Restaurant Manager to Area Sales and Marketing Manager, Annie is able to appreciate the requirements and challenges faced by all parties involved in hospitality. Annie’s repertoire of previous companies that she has worked with are vast, and include leading names such as Zizzi’s and Novus Leisure, but also other smaller, independent chains too. In 2014 Annie founded her own events agency called Jammy Doughnut Events, equipping her with extensive client management experience, as well as varied use of CRM software and Digital Marketing Practice. Annie’s passion for food and nutrition filters through into her personal life, and she takes a keen interest in fitness and health, including completing the 2015 marathon.
